These Terms govern your use of services provided by Air-Care Connect LLC ("Air-Care Connect," "Aire Azul," "we," "us") and any communications you receive from us.
We provide HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and duct cleaning services in Central Florida. Estimates are provided in good faith and may change based on conditions found on site; we will communicate any change before proceeding.
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive appointment-related and service text messages from Air-Care Connect LLC — including appointment confirmations and reminders, "on-my-way" notifications, scheduling changes, estimates and invoices, secure links to your customer portal, and replies to your inquiries.
Your mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your consent to any third parties. Invoices are due per the terms stated on each invoice. Online card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
