Air-Care Connect LLC ("Air-Care Connect," "Aire Azul," "we," "us") provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and duct cleaning services in Central Florida. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you request a quote, book a service call, or communicate with us.

When you request an estimate or book a service call, we collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and a description of the service you need. We use this information solely to schedule, perform, and follow up on your service appointment.

How we use your information

We use your contact information to confirm appointments, send updates if a scheduled time changes, provide estimates and invoices, respond to your questions, and communicate with you about the service you requested.

Text message (SMS) communications

Air-Care Connect LLC offers an SMS program so we can keep you informed about your service. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Air-Care Connect LLC.

Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, "on-my-way" notifications, scheduling changes, estimates and invoices, secure links to your Air-Care Connect customer portal, service and account updates, and replies to your inquiries.
Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your service and appointment activity.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
How you opt in: you opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by checking the consent box on our booking or contact forms, or by giving your number to our staff. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How to opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe. You may also reply OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in, or your consent to any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in these limited ways:

With service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), our email-delivery provider (Twilio SendGrid), and our text-messaging provider (Twilio) — strictly so they can perform those services for us, under confidentiality obligations and not for their own marketing.
When required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are expressly excluded from all sharing and are used only to deliver the messages you requested.

Data retention

We retain appointment and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and maintain business records.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
